Sci-fi management game

This game was created for my honours project which investigated the relationship between challenge and skill in video games. This game has multiple distinct difficulty levels and players were asked which difficulty level they preferred - this was analysed against their reported skill level to find if there was a correlation.
​
The game was intended to keep players of different skill levels engaged for a few minutes so the gameplay was designed to have enough depth to keep high skill players interested but not so complex that low skill players would be overwhelmed.
​
Personally, this is the project I am most proud of as players said that they genuinely enjoyed playing it, showing that I can implement a given game design.
